Academy WhatsApp Group
We believe in building a strong community and fostering open communication. That's why we will add you to our academy WhatsApp group. In this group, our head coach, Lourenço, will share
the schedule for the upcoming week every Saturday. You'll receive important updates, valuable insights and video corrections.

01.
Booking Classes
Students are free to book their classes based on their chosen monthly package. They can schedule classes according to the available time slots and their desired frequency. Classes should be booked as soon as possible after the schedule is sent.

Cancellation Window
If a student needs to cancel a class, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments and offer the spot to another student.
03.
Refunds / Class Cancellation
In the event of cancellation within the 24-hour window or failure to attend a class without prior notice, the class will be considered as used, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
04.
Sick Leave and Holidays
If a student falls ill or wants to take some time off and is unable to attend classes for one week, they have the option to reschedule their missed classes within the weeks of their current month only. This rescheduling is subject to availability.The 6 month package members can have a break of up to 2 months if needed.
05.
Postponement of weeks and monthly dates
Students are not permitted to postpone or reschedule their membership monthly dates. The monthly membership period remains fixed from the start date until the end date. It is not possible to extend the membership period or carry forward unused classes to subsequent months.
06.
Class Availability
Class availability is subject to our schedule and capacity. While it is guaranteed that everyone has their number of lessons available on a weekly basis, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred class times; however, we cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled classes.
07.
Communication
Students must inform us about any cancellations, sick leave, or holiday requests in advance. Please contact our surf school administration via email or phone to make any necessary arrangements.
This cancellation policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to the students in a timely manner.
