Academy WhatsApp Group
We believe in building a strong community and fostering open communication. That's why we will add you to our academy WhatsApp group. In this group, our head coach, Lourenço, will share
the schedule for the upcoming week every Saturday. You'll receive important updates, valuable insights and video corrections.
Policy for Competition Members

Minimum Package Duration
All packages ranging from 0 to 3 must maintain a minimum commitment of three months. This policy ensures a sustained and focused approach to training, allowing members to fully benefit from the progressive and comprehensive nature of our coaching programs.

Booking Classes
Competition members are encouraged to adhere to the fixed scheduled sessions, which may only be changed under exceptional circumstances with mutual agreement. Sessions with the academy group should be booked on Saturdays through the designated platform. Free pass sessions are available for booking with the head coach within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Cancellation Window
Fixed scheduled sessions, once canceled, cannot be rebooked. For other sessions, cancellations or modifications are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. It is imperative to provide timely notice to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination.
04.
Refunds / Class Cancellation
Refunds are not applicable for canceled fixed scheduled sessions. However, for other sessions, refunds are subject to the cancellation policies outlined previously. It is essential to communicate any cancellations or modifications promptly to allow for effective scheduling and resource allocation.

Sick Leave and Holidays
If an athlete falls ill or wants to take some time off and is unable to attend sessions for one week, they have the option to reschedule their missed sessions within the weeks of their current month only. This rescheduling is subject to availability.
06.
Postponement of weeks and monthly dates
Students are not permitted to postpone or reschedule their membership monthly dates. The monthly membership period remains fixed from the start date until the end date. It is not possible to extend the membership period or carry forward unused classes to subsequent months.
07.
Class Availability
The availability of sessions with the academy group is contingent upon our overall schedule and capacity. Free pass sessions do not receive priority over academy members, and their availability is subject to the overall schedule and capacity.
08.
Communication
Students must inform us about any cancellations, sick leave, or holiday requests in advance. Please contact our surf school administration via email or phone to make any necessary arrangements.
This cancellation policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to the students in a timely manner.
